Every product is made with certified organic, sustainable flour, French butter, and locally sourced produce. It simply tastes better.
Our famous sourdough loaves are crafted using traditional techniques and a carefully developed 48-hour proving process, allowing time for the dough to develop its distinctive flavour, texture and character. Each loaf is freshly baked every day, delivering a beautifully crisp crust and deliciously soft, naturally fermented crumb.
Alongside our artisan sourdough, we offer a selection of signature pastries, freshly prepared with quality ingredients and baked to perfection. Handcrafted pies, sausage rolls and more.
